"This is a beautiful hotel and the room was lovely. We enjoyed the happy hour. The hotel shuttle bus was efficient and the staff mostly helpful. The only negative was the sofa bed. We were told by the front desk to prepare the bed ourselves and found the sheets (both flat and wrinkled) and pillow (had hair on it) less than impressive. Our daughter also found it uncomfortable. This was disappointing and detracted from our experience."
