"Nice, affordable place to stay. Wasn’t aware until check-in that they were installing a new TV provider. Air conditioning fan was very loud which had to be turned off at night."

"Everything was wonderful until the morning we checked out, It started with the random knock on the door at 0730. After that, I received a call from front desk with major confusion on when I was checking out. I think the lady working on the am of May 6th needs to work on her approach to customers."

"This hotel was exceptionally clean and modern. The rooms had a minimalistic design with wood floors and was spotless with all amenities you need. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast had several choices, but could have used a toaster. I can highly recommend this hotel! "

"In 208 and on one side had couple arguing loudly after midnight then couple having sex loudly above us till 1:30am. Walls seemed thin. Breakfast was great. Room was a suite and great if needed to cook."

"The hotel room was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. What I don’t appreciate is the housekeeping people waking us up on the last day. Check out is noon and we had the do not disturb sign outside the door but housekeeping knocked at 9:15 and woke us up. I told the man we are staying until checkout. Yet he came back a little after 11 and knocked again. There should be better coordination so housekeeping knows when a person has left or at the very least, honor the do not disturb sign until...

"Let people know that rideshare from this area is scarce. It took us several hours to get a ride share ride to a concert making us late."

"Very misleading pictures online. The pool and hot tub were vile, cloudy, sediments on the benches in the hot tub. No towels to use, I don’t believe the floor had been mopped ever. The room was filthy. Looked like there was blood on the curtains. We checked in for about 3 hours and left. The walls had very clear areas that were dirty and had not been wiped down. The hallways smelled like smoke, there were odd stains on the stairs. A random wet towel piled in the corner of one stair. Weird vibes...

"This was a quick one night stay for us and overall it was good. The room was bigger than I expected and clean. The pillows on the bed were less than great but they got the job done."

"Nice updated or new hotel only down far was finding it as it’s located behind a gas station and you have to use their parking lot to access the hotel parking lot and there was no signage indicating the best western. Bed and rooms we comfortable. Breakfast was normal complimentary hotel breakfast. Never used pool, was hoping for a hot tub but there wasn’t one at this location."

"The guy working was friendly and helpful. I arrived to check in at 12:30am, he gave me a key and pointed me to my room. After multiple attempts, I had to go back to have a new one printed - that one didn’t work either. He printed a third key and tried it himself, reliizing it didn’t work because someone was already staying in that room, for whatever reason, their system allows them to put multiple people in the same room, luckily the key didn’t work or we would have all been in for a surprise."
