"My husband and I were traveling back home from our honeymoon, and when we got to the hotel the front desk ignored us for at least 5 minutes, then rudely told us they were closed. I had mentioned the room had been booked already, but he basically told us to get a refund through customer service and find a different hotel. No explanation, no sorry, nothing.
So I did. And I’m glad I did because when I got to the second hotel, they explained that there was severe weather that had taken out the power in the area BUT they still honored our booking and did not push us away. Would not come back"
