The hotel was in a fantastic location in the Little Italy area of NYC. It's an oasis from the busy city outside. The hotel has 14 excellently appointed rooms surrounding a small internal atrium.
The rooms are quiet and you hear no street noise. The staff are excellent and the breakfast provided is a great start to the day.
Broadway is a stones throw away, and the nearest subway 5 mins.

Perfect place for people visiting New York on a budget.
The staff were always friendly and available to answer questions, when we arrived they had a little welcome pack pointing out a list of places to eat in the area and how to get to the nearest subway stops.
The room was clean but very small however as we were out exploring all day this was not an issue.
The bed was comfortable and the curtains blocked out the light well.
The hotel is right next to a subway line so you can hear the trains...

This hotel saved our stay in NYC. Booked very last minute (the night before), as the hotel we were supposed to stay let us down big time. But coming to Soho 54 made us feel so good and positive about our staying. Everything was just perfect, the room was great with all the comforts (especially the bed!), all the staff was so helpful (Elise was the only name we asked, but everyone we crossed, thank you !), the hotel facilities were great (coffees/teas/bottled water always available and free)...

Compact but comfortable. All necesities catered for including an iron to press clothes and a hair dryer. Daily supply of drinking water bottles, coffe, tea, milk. Rooms cleaned regularly.
Reasonably priced & quite calm at the back- away from the street. Subway in the distance, the only regular noise.
Close to bus stops & subway. recommended.

The hotel was a perfect base for visiting New York. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The refillable water bottle station by the lift and fridge in the rooms were a nice touch. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice and close to WTC subway/PATH. O’Haras bar just round the corner too!
