"We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance. "Wunderschönes altes Grand Hotel mit Charme und unglaublicher Aussicht auf den Lago di Varese und das Monterosa Gebirge. Es war zur Weihnachtszeit festlich dekoriert und voller Lichterketten. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig und das Abendessen im Restaurant Liberty lohnenswert. Im Sommer ist es sicherlich noch schöner auf der herrlichen Säulenterrasse zu sitzen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. "
