"We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance. We also ate at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed it — the food was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed. "Lovely lake-facing room with a wonderful view. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower with lots of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the convent and funicular. The walk back up from town could be a bit challenging for older or unfit people, but we enjoyed it."
