"The staff was absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating (Josie) . The hotel door was not obvious at first - but once we found it was a gem hidden right downtown in front of the station. Highly recommend and breakfast was amazing especially Café latte and fresh squeeze juice. "

"Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten direkt auf die Zimmer. Diese waren modern und schön eingerichtet, wie der Rest des Hauses in einem top Zustand. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend - ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen und komme gerne wieder. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und auch in Spaccanapoli etc."

"What a delightful experience to stay at this property. Yes indeed elegant rooms! I loved that it isn’t a hotel but in a building that is an ordinary residence, on a regular street. A grocery store is across the street with everything you could need. The room was so very clean with daily cleaning if required. "Ich habe vor Ankunft um gluten freies Frühstück gebeten, da wir aber auf Grund unserer Ausflüge bbeim Frühstück nicht mehr da waren, haben sie mir das Frühstück aufs Zimmer gestellt. Jeden Tag wurden das Zimmer aufgeräumt und wir bekamen frische Badtücher. Es waren für jeden von uns Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta da. Ein tolles B&B ... perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen!!!"

"Absolutely excellent experience. While getting in was a bit of a maze, they had very good information on how to do so, including a video. Angela was always quick to reply, often within minutes to email. The beds and pillows were comfy and provided exceptional sleep, the property was well kept and safe and there were plenty of towels and the WiFi worked well. You do have to pay to use the elevator, but stairs aren't that bad. "

"We stayed here as a family of 4 incl 2 teenage kids. The positives are that the property is near the Napoli train station (10 min walk) and the property has elevator so easy to take luggage up/down. Checkin was easy and there are many restaurants and shopping around. Room was decent/clean with a large bathroom. Wifi was fast. We had a deluxe room for sleeping 4 - one bed and one sofa bed. Only issue we had was that the sofa bed did not have the needed items for sleeping 2 - no bedsheet, missing...
