"The property and host were simply amazing! I arrived late, well past the detailed check in time, fortunately my host and her security extended every bit of curtesy and provided me a late check in, and were extremely helpful and diligent in providing me instructions and recommendations during my stay. The accommodations, were extremely clean, private and a wonderful feeling of safety during my stay. As an added bonus each morning during my stay a wonderful farmers market, with so many fresh, and prepared items too chose from. The location is perfect! Grazie! Antonio "

"Proprietor was great was great. Owners/staff of nearby cafes were incredible, friendly, and chatty. The area was rough but it was close to the train. Very loud at night if you had windows open. I did feel safe though police definitely had a presence. Unfortunately because it was BB you don’t have 24/7 front desk which made it a little anxious and they only give you 1 key."

"Hotel is located next to train station which is convenient if you are traveling by train, however it also makes it a very loud area with lots of cars & people. The room & hotel areas are clean, however the a/c could not be manually set in the room and is controlled by the hotel which cannot be adjusted. I prefer my rooms cooler and was told a fan could not be provided. I tried to keep the window open however the street noise was too loud to sleep through. The staff were a bit cold and indifferent. If not for my train schedule, I would stay closer to the historic center for a better Naples experience."

"Breakfast is great, a lot of choices. Very close to SPACCNAPOLI street. Room is clean with a balcony. We like it very much. Only thing was there are several staircases to the reception, no one helps with luggages."

"We were very happy with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The only negative I have to say is the elevator/lift situation was difficult with my 77 year old mother and her walker. Certain lifts only went to certain areas of the hotel. The signs for the lifts were not well visualized. "
