Accoglienza ed assistenza da remoto di facile accesso ed attenzione all'ospite premurosa e professionale. Sì riposa davvero bene e non ci sono rumori che possano rovinare il riposo. "Beautiful building and interior decoration and the room was big even for 4 people. Warm and welcoming staff who were very helpful before and during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room earlier than the usual times, which we had requested because we had to leave early. Would definitely recommend! "

"A surprisingly homey property, you cannot judge the book by its cover and the elevator. The husband and wife owners are very helpful and warm and welcoming. Breakfast was superb and always locally made and locally sourced. I would recommend the property when in Naples . Walking distance to all the sites and the terminal. Gracie!"

"The apartment is really nice and so were the hosts. The bed was comfortable but a little noisy when getting on and off and the stairs to get to the apartment are steep and not easy to climb."

"The description in Expedia is misleading, the property is like Airbnb or guest house, it has only 6 rooms un 3rd floor in old building, there is one small old elevator. The receptionist is rarely there, but they communicate well on WhatsApp. The reception, kitchen and breakfast area are all in small rooms. The best thing about this property is very large clean remodeled bathroom. It doesn't worrh the price. "

It was our first time in Naples so we had a little trouble finding the place at first, however the host was a great help getting us there. They were very responsive with questions and request. All of the staff were nice and helpful. We would stay here again. "

"The Hotel was a very well maintained and very clean hotel. If you are looking for a newer more updated Hotel in Naples, This is your place. The staff was great at check in and they even gave us complimentary drink vouchers for their bar and eatery onsite. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone, the location was also great. "Very convenient to the Naples train station. We only needed one night before heading out on our flight back to USA from Naples Airport. The hotel was clean and room was comfortable. A great hotel if you are needing to use the trains or busses frequently. Alibus to the airport is around the corner so that was a convenient option instead of taking a cab."

"Stayed for 1 night to make the transfer to the airport easier as had an early flight the next day. Good location only 1 metro stop from garibaldi. Good service, staff contacted me through WhatsApp to coordinate my arrival time for checkin. Weren’t able to but meet me but a guide was provided that made it easy to access the building without them being there, any issues you can just ring them up. Room has aircon which was a lifesaver otherwise would’ve been melting. "
