"The room was very spacious. Had a refrigerator and a table so that we could buy a few groceries such as cold cuts, bread, wine and cheese to enjoy if we didn’t want to dine out. Plenty of great places to eat nearby. We would stay there again. "

It is a sister company to the Park Hotel, so we were able to use their lovely outdoor pool, which was a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. "What was so nice about this property were the front desk people. They were kind and helpful. We had trouble with parking and the staff was exceptional in their help. The breakfast buffet was great. The location is in a busy square. Walking to restaurants was easy and accessible. "

"The apartment for 3 people was very spacious. We didn’t use the kitchenette or washing machine because we only stayed for one night, but they would have been great for a longer stay. And the building is the most unique place I’ve ever stayed in, with an amazing rooftop view of Bolzano and the mountains."

"Very clean and new hotel. Beds were nice and firm. Staff was helpful and speaks English. The breakfast being included was helpful; lots of variety. Parking is a bit of tough and I highly recommend not going with a car. The bus is just 5 mins away and the room came with bus passes plus the cable car. There is a very nice bakery across the hotel; but most bakeries are closed on sundays so plan accordingly. "

I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it).
