"Beautiful hotel. Stunning location. Great pool area lovely terrace for breakfast. Staff were attentive especially Leonie on reception who was very patient with our poor German. She gave lots of useful information and directed when we needed help"

"Kundenfreundlich und flexible "

"Andrea was incredibly helpful, gave us many suggestions for what to do around town and gave us very clear directions. This was the perfect spot to walk around and explore Bolzano!"

"Sehr nettes verständnisvolles Personal"

"War super"

"Great hotel with an excellent breakfast, close to everything."

"Just an amazing resort. All exceeded expectations breakfast, room, pool area, lake beach and fitness room. Can’t wait to go back . Fredrik"

"Es war alles Perfekt! Das einzige was fehlt ist eine Klimaanlage."

"We enjoyed our stay. Even though they had two large groups of people staying it was quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent and our rooms were very clean and spacious."

"Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer...

"Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft. Besser hätten wir uns, unseren Aufenthalt nicht vorstellen können. Ebenso sehr angenehme Anbieter in der Kommunikation. Man hat gemerkt, dass die Eigentümer in der Ausstattung sehr viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt haben - wir haben das sehr zu schätzen gewusst, das ist nur sehr selten vorzufinden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :) Sandra und Ferdinand "
