"The staff was rude, out of the 5 restaurants 3 were closed.
There was no room service.
We had 4 rooms booked for our group. They gave easy to access, walkable distance for the 2 room with NO kids and they put the other 2 rooms in an extremely far away room because we had kids.
Just awful"

"The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The hallways were quiet at night without any appreciable noise. Some of the staff were very friendly and others were less so. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Their laundry service was very good. The parking was a bit tight in the front of the hotel. Overall, it was a good hotel and definitely one of the better ones in the area."

"The hotel is lovely. Many of the high ceilings are frescoed and the floors are marble. Although our room was not large it was well appointed and luxurious w upholstered wall and fine lenin sheets. Our room was ver quiet as well. The location for the hotel is perfect! "

"This lovely hotel is located in the historic area of Bologna, making it easy to walk to all the sites you want to see as well as wonderful restaurants. The staff is so helpful with dining recommendations. The breakfasts are delicious, with yummy hot options as well as buffet items. The bar in the hotel is a nice little spot to stop for some wine or a cocktail. Everything is very clean and well maintained.
