"There were 4 of us staying at this property, 2 adults and 2 children and considering it was advertised as luxury, I’m pretty sure they need to check the dictionary . The room was so hot and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, we had to wet towels and lay them over us to try to make it bearable, the children went between the bed and the floor to try and cool down, we all had little to no sleep. We were told to help ourselves to what was in the fridge, there was 2 tiny cartons of juice...

"We stayed here five nights. Great location to walk (about 20 minutes to Colosseum) or jump on the metro which is next door. Grocery store is a few blocks away, cool park across the street and great restaurants a block away. The staff are helpful and while not always on site, do respond to messages quickly. You can make free espresso every day, and the shower, a/c, and WiFi are great. We did many video calls no problem. Good place - we would stay there again"
