"This hotel is in an excellent location! Shops, food, the lake, the funicular - all just steps away; that's why I chose it. And don't miss out on any of it; there was a DJ dance party at the top of the funiculare, and I happened across a lindy hop at a nearby piazza walking back from the funiculare. Such vibrancy!
And our room was so comfortable. I could even hear Tosca being performed live from our veranda one evening!

"Alessia's place was absoutely fantastic. The apartment itself was stunning, with gorgeous furniture and a huge, beautiful bathroom. It also had A/C which was a bonus on the hot days.
The location was perfect in the old town - steps away from a piazza full of restaurants, and only a couple of minutes walk from the lake.
The staff could not have been more helpful - they gave us loads of information and tips, which improved our holiday immensely.

"We loved our stay here. The atmosphere was wonderful and all staff very kind and helpful. My only suggestion is that they might warn folks coming in that it's is a steep walk uphill so if you have bags you might want to consider the bus which stops almost right in front of the hotel. Without bags, it is a reasonable walk from everywhere and once at the hotel it is quiet and peaceful. I loved the breakfast being pre-selected, then ready to serve at your little table in the garden."

The small shop in the lobby sells drinks and snacks and microwave meals. Pinocchio bar down the road was good for beers and there are several restaurants within walking distance."
