"What a beautiful renovation and serene environment. These are basic rooms and not luxurious. No A/C, but the rooms are clean with modern bathrooms. The property has a lovely central square that the hotel rooms surround, that is peaceful and charming. Gorgeous biblical art and grand arches can be seen throughout the common spaces, and act as a reminder that this building was originally a convent from the mid 1600s. "Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The Aqueduct, Cathedral, Alcázar, and all major sights are just a short walk away. Comfortable, elegant, and perfectly situated for exploring Segovia. Highly recommended."

"PRO: The location is just next to the cathedral. CONS: The lady at front desk (Carmen) was very dismissive and not courteous at all. NO PARKING unless you reserve it in advanced, and it seems that they only have a few spaces nearby. Impossible to reserve in advance if they never pick up the phone. We chose this hotel for the parking convenience paying more for the room than other hotels in the area without parking. We were surprised that at check in they were offering rooms on the website...

"Large spacious rooms. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful even with our poor spanish. Definitely recommending the Paradores to friends and Family. Last but not least, you can't beat that view."
