"Leider hatten wir einen Defekt an der Klimaanlage und mussten nach vielen Chats ein anderes Zimmer beziehen. Als neues Zimmer haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen mit schöner Terrasse, leider auch mit Mängeln behaftet. Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, sodass der Türkontakt eine Fehlermeldung auf dem Display der Klimaanlage anzeigte und diese nicht funktionierte. Nach erneuter Fehlermeldung und Einsatzes der Techniker funktionierte dies halbwegs, dann auf einmal roch es aus der...

"We had a nice holiday but have definitely stayed in better 4 star hotels. There should definitely be a shuttle service to the marina as taxis are extortionate if you don’t have a car. The way the grounds / restaurants / bars are designed could be improved. More casual places to eat and drink during the day are needed. Disappointing we were told when booking we’d have access to la reserve and then being told on the day we didn’t. Also advised late checkout looked possible for the next day and...
