"A beautiful small historic hotel with modern amenities is the center of old San Juan. Close to everything. Very clean and well maintained with a lovely courtyard and fantastic rooftop pool and bar. We loved coming back for a dip in the pool after a morning of exploring. Very kind staff who generously hands out bottled water every time you come or go. Would definitely recommend."

"This Hotel was very dishonest. Staying here caused my daughter anxiety and I had a panic attack. The situation was so horrible that we only stayed one night but they charged me for 4 nights. They basically robbed us. There was no water and the hotel did not let me know this at check in. I noticed that they were not letting any new guests know. By the end of the day we were helping the 2 staff members carry buckets of water from the jacuzzi to our rooms to use to flush the toilet. The hotel staff...

"Beautiful spot to travel, but our first night we were put in the wrong room which was right next to the street and it was extremely loud. Due to booking through a third party they didnt see the exact room which is understandable. On our second night we got the room we ordered but the water wasn't working. After an hour and breakfast, we returned and they said the water was working. But it was not. Finally after another 30 min the shower was working"
