Was ist passiert: Beim Einchecken war das Hotel leider nicht in der Lage zu verifizieren, dass wir über Expedia gebucht haben und Expedia dem Hotel das Geld (standardmäßig) über eine virtuelle Kreditkarte schon vor Wochen gutgeschrieben hatte. "The staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean as was the hotel, although it was a little tired looking and in need of some tlc. However that was a minor issue. "
