"No shampoo only have soap. No coffee maker at room. No drawers at all no usb port for phone charging. Bathroom there is only sink for washing. "

"I’m handicapped, but not wheelchair bound. I understand a handicapped room has to be a linoleum floor for wheelchairs, but I’m not fond of that feature. Everything was extremely clean. No mattress covers on the mattresses which I prefer a mattress cover. Breakfast staff very friendly. We had to come in very late due to some delays in leaving home, and only spent one night, but the night desk clerk was extremely gracious."

"This hotel is in a great location if you have family or friends who live nearby. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean, with new fresh sheets, and new fluffy towels. The building and facilities are long past their prime and need to be renovated and have some serious attention. The bathtubs and shower surrounds are moldy and dirty. "This was my first stay at the property. The area was clean, and overall the stay itself was fine. However, I had a concerning interaction with a staff member that needs to be addressed. Before leaving, I went up to return the cart and shared an elevator with a staff member. She looked at me and said, “Ah, you’re the one who asked to change your bed sheets. "Great room, well equipped, clean and ready for our stay."

"First the positive. The filters on the heating/cooling unit were very clean (it's the first thing I check when I get into a room) The woman at the front desk was very sweet and friendly.The room was quiet and conveniently close to side door to take dog out. Now the negative: I pulled the sheets down and there was fresh soiled stains that smelled as well as dark hair. There was a sticky stain on floor beside bed and the bathroom floor was very dirty. I always take pics and send to my friends....

"Refinishing paint job sloppy; broken window in bedroom; air conditioner barely keep room tolerable, even on 50 to 70 outside; scary outside stairs to navigate (thank goodness it didn't rain while using); if there was suppose to be any kind of breakfast or similar eat-on-the-go items, there wasn't. The new toilet was nice."
