Hotel murah di Castle Hayne

"We got to the hotel and they didnt have a room after we booked two months in advance. The hotel staff were very much helpful with trying to accommodate us. They offered us the only room available which had a leaky ac wall unit. Which at the moment was ok due to the fact we had an event to attend. They called the maintenance guy who attempted to fix it. When we returned back to the room after our event the room smelled terrible. It smelled like mold or mildew to the point my friend began throwing...

"The staff were helpful and professional. They were attentive to your needs. The breakfast could be better. The grits did not taste like grits. They tasted as if they were mixed with cream of wheat. The sausage did not taste like sausage. Additionally, the hotel should have lotion in the rooms. It has refillable containers with shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. It should add a container with lotion. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return when we have an opportunity to do so."

"The hotel common areas were ok, but very dark and the elevators were in need of some attention. Our room was clean, but smelled like mold/mildew and felt damp all of the time. The smell was coming from the air conditioner and then we smelled it in the water when taking showers. We did our best to not spend too much time in our room, only to sleep. Thankfully , the beds were comfortable. There were a lot of people staying at this property (from a construction company?) and they were up early...

"Clean and up to date room, nice to store valuables in the safe, most of the rooms are away from the elevators, friendly and helpful staff, nice to have parking per day for a reasonable fee, and water bottle refill station on first floor"

"Expedia and trivago should be ashamed for having this nasty place as an option. We never went past the door. The beds were on temporary frames from Walmart. Nasty lobby, walkways, windows,etc. Never, ever consider staying here, even if its free. I understand no cancelation policy, it should not apply when pictures on the internet bear no resemblance to the dumpster fire actual looks of the place. Im also contacting wyndom corporate. This offering is a flat out, unequivocal, unethical deception....

"I liked the fact that the rooms had cooktops but most extended stay locations offer the use of pots, pans, plates, spoons, and knives which this location does not offer. Everyone at the front desk was amazing, but the cleaners at the property need proper training. The room was not the cleanest and when they performed their weekly cleaning there were always things that were missed. I own a janitorial service company and we also do housekeeping so I understand the struggle with finding quality...
