"Bed and bedding comfy with 2 choices of pillows. Good hot water and pressure. Only draw back was the reverse cycle was not controllable due to not having a down button. Temp stays on 25 or you could put it up not down. Had a standing fan fan which we had on all night and heating off. Too cold for windows open. "

"Very disappointed with room. Paid £80 when was only worth a maximum of £20. Fire safety poster in bedroom unreadable! Very dated, dark & dingy decoration In desperate need of work Located on a busy main road, so noisy traffic. Carpet unclean Bathroom in need of updating 2 cups in room but no glasses. I asked a member of staff for a glass but was told they don’t supply glasses?? Definitely not recommended at this price!!!!"

"Despite a request for a disability friendly room we found ourselves at the very top of the guest house and having to carry heavy luggage with a disability was totally unacceptable. In addition to this we were met with a pungent smell of cigarettes and cannabis and the smell unfortunately was rife in our room and we were unable to remove the smell despite having windows open all night and using our cleaning products as air freshners . The bathroom was in a despicable state very very dirty...

"Due to a rather very poor inter-floor sound insulation between the 2nd and 1st floor,from 5am to 6:37am, a constant thudding more akin to an elephant 's footfall, repeated loud dropping of heavy items,by a guest who probably wasn't aware of, or cared very little, meant disturbed sleep floor below. Will not be staying here again!"

"On arrival, we were shown to the "penthouse", a twin room on the third floor. The large bedroom light worked, but none of the smaller, bedside lights worked, so not great at night - totally or all nothing. Floor-space in the room was significantly compromised by a dismantled wooden bed-frame cluttering up the room. The toilet adjacent to our room was ok but we were told that the shower room was not usable so we had to use one on the lower floor (which was for several other rooms). My partner...

"The space was great, in a brilliant location. The check in receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars if the shower head was not broken, but we did manage to shower with difficulty. We reported it when checking out but felt we should have received some form of compensation. We understand these things happen so don't be put off, highly recommended!"

"部屋は清潔で、エアコンもしっかり効いて快適に過ごせた。シャワーの水圧も十分で浴室、トイレ、洗面台の排水も問題なかった。シャワー後の浴室の蒸気を換気するための換気扇のスイッチが見当たらないので換気が作動しているのかどうかよく分からなかった。隣の部屋との壁が薄いせいなのか隣の部屋の音が聞こえるのが欠点だった。全般的には快適なホテルだったが防音については改善が必要と思った。"

"Beautiful building, spacious room, center of the city. This was a great spot, and I’m glad we stayed there! It was a hike up the stairs, so be prepared with your bags. However, the spacious room was worth the hike."
