"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and spacious, the breakfast was nice and the pool area was the highlight! The location of this hotel was very convenient to most areas in pigeon forge. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the front desk staff was very unfriendly. At check in I was met with a very rude staff member that seemed to dislike her job. I just brushed it off knowing that people have hard days, but I stopped by the front desk a couple...

I didnt like how the parents wasn't watching their kids. I think the hotel she have a stricter policy on that."

The hotel was in a convenient location, walkable to restaurants, attractions, etc. Very clean hotel with great staff and great amenities! We're already wanting to go back soon! Will definitely stay again! Only negative, I wish the hotel could offer a breakfast buffet. But other than that, it was a wonderful stay!"

The staff was wonderful and the food was fabulous. The outdoor entertainment was a hit as well. I highly recommend Margaritaville inn hotel for young adults, families, and older adults.
