"Property was in a great location. Close to everything but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Front desk was courteous and helpful, asked for more towels and pillows, the response was fast and friendly. This has become hotel of choice for our Dollywood visits."

They have plenty of complimentary items in the lobby such as fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts, fruit, tea, lemonade, hot cocoa, apple cider, coffee, 3 different flavors of slushies, and an arcade with free game play.
