"I was very impressed by The Inn on the River. I stayed a couple of nights here while visiting Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The hotel is conveniently located, the facilities and rooms are very good and everything was immaculately clean, most importantly the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and it is nice to return to the real fire roaring in the lobby when you’re getting in late!
I would happily stay here again and I would recommend it."

"Great location, great hot breakfast very clean and nice hotel. Will be staying again. Only complaint was all the noise from the cars..we couldn't fully enjoy the balcony or sleep well for the noise. Something should be done about a noise ordinance for the city after a certain time. It was 2 or 3 am before the loud cars stopped."
"Clean room, comfortable beds. The first tonight the closet door light kept coming on every ten mins. I let the front desk know this the next morning and they came in and fixed it. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are very spacious we had a standard 2 queen room. The hotel is near the strip without the hustle and bustle. Very quiet hotel even in the hallways. They gave us free vouchers for drinks and a dessert at the restaurants after finding out it was my son’s birthday. The pool and hot tub are great and we were alone in it a few days so that was nice.
