"We planned this trip because we had a great time when we stayed here a few years ago and were ready to relax/process grief. We were super disappointed this time around. We got to the property and there was broken glass all over the ground. We had our dog with us so we were hyper vigilant that she did not step on anything throughout our stay. "Hello. the location is ideal in Big Bear. My room was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were professional and courteous. A couple of maintenance items that could use improvement. The hot tub was not hot. There was a smell of gas leak in the stairwell next to the front lobby. The upstairs third floor bedrooms were very hot at 85 degrees. The hallways upstairs were also very hot. We opened the windows to get some breeze to ease the heat. These appear to be all fixable...
