"Basic accommodations for one night. Unfortunately our room had a sewer smell and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom especially behind the door. If it was cleaner and didn't smell would give five stars."

"The breakfast was not diabetic friendly. They stated pet friendly but no place for dog to go to the bathroom. Had to walk dog through garbage . Cigarette butts all over very the place. Beds were terrible. My towels had clumps of black hair on them. Lotion and shampoos left in room were used not new ones. Will not go back"

"The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The pillows not to my personal taste but Im kind of picky when it comes it to pillows lol. The breakfast had a large selection but the food was not very good. We couldnt really eat most of what was on our plate. But the staff was so helpful and very on top of the breakfast and everything throughout the hotel. So the food issue is more that Hyatt itself needs to invest more money into better ingredients for their incredible staff to make better...

"Recently stayed here for just one night during travels to a further destination. While the property is dated, it was very clean and comfortable for our one night. We had requested a king room and were pleasantly surprised that the room was one of their king suites. Yes, the furnishings were not modern, but the suite included a huge bathroom with large vanity counter, toilet, jetted tub and very small shower. All clean with 2 hairdryers supplied, a magnifying mirror and the usual shower...

"Staff communicated promptly prior to arrival and allowed early access. Room very clean and lots of drawer and closet space. Nespresso machine in room with free snacks in kitchen area. All was fine, just as pictured and promised."
