"Nous avons été très déçus de notre accueil. 2 des amis que nous avions avec nous n'avaient pas pu préciser leur heure d'arrivée. Le responsable ne voulait pas accepter celui qui risquait d'arriver après 22h00 et m'a demandé de payer 100 euros pour qu'il accepte que ce soit moi qui accueille mes amis. ..."

"This was a lovely hotel, the room was very spacious with a gorgeous high ceiling. The location was walking distance to the main sights and also Via Etnea, places to eat and supermarkets were near by. There isn't a lift in the hotel but it didn't take away how lovely the hotel was."
