"I was woken up by the staff at 1:30 am and was forced to come downstairs from the 4th floor and go outside to move my vehicle. Horrible service on that part and will not be returning."

"Had issues with the shower handle to turn was broken had to find the right angle for the heat to turn on. Outlets were not good. Thought I was charging overnight but only two outlets worked. Breakfast came semi warm. And lastly my car was dirty when we checked out. Water or some substance splashed the top and flowed to the front window. Overall not a great experience for us. Stayed here before and it was truly great. This stay was disappointing."

"Check-in was great, easy, and quick. The room layout was a bit awkward and dated. The room is tiny, although clean. There was no hot water when I was there. There was no hook for a bath towel next to the shower. The bathroom is spacious. The light switch is on the wall, so I have to get up, out of bed, to flip it. It was a $10/night parking fee. The underground garage is big and has plenty of spaces. The entrance is kind of steep, so be extra careful when entering."

"I've been staying at Relax Inn on and off for well over 8 years. All the rooms I've been in have been super clean, they've even upgraded the rooms over the years (new flooring/furnature etc). The staff has always been super friendly with me, often accommodating early check-ins or my request for preferred rooms. "There's no professionalism with this place, you can actual lose your life at this place. Some called looking for me and they literally give up confidential information about me to the person."

"Purchased 2 beds for a night as we are no where near from here, I sent a message that we would be late like they asked and we never got a reply back. We went to the hotel and waited calling for about a hour and a half and all calls were declined. We had to sleep In the car at a rest stop."
