"Had issues with the shower handle to turn was broken had to find the right angle for the heat to turn on. Outlets were not good. Thought I was charging overnight but only two outlets worked. Breakfast came semi warm. And lastly my car was dirty when we checked out. Water or some substance splashed the top and flowed to the front window. Overall not a great experience for us. Stayed here before and it was truly great. This stay was disappointing."

"The property is outdated, and the mattresses are so old that you can feel the springs. All of our backs were hurting. You can hear people walking from the upper floor, and on the second night of our stay, we could hear the dog barking for almost half of the night. The room smelled humid, and the pool was so cold that you couldn't even use it. We will not be staying here again. The elevator can only take 2 people at a time. The only good thing was that there was a cafe."

The room was reasonably priced, and secured underground parking was only $15 per day—far less than the $50–$80+ rates I found at many downtown Los Angeles hotels. "I stay at the hotel one night a week for work and I always stay at budgets motels and this is the worst. The only thing I need is a clean bed a clean room clean bathroom that’s all clean nice towels this motel have the worst of everything.."

"Great bed- supper comfortable. Our room was very quiet. Some of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good location The TV turned on but none of the channels or streaming services could load. Weak WiFi or just bad tv. Plentiful hot water but shower curtain setup did not keep water in. Every shower flooded the floor. Old very worn towels, no bath mats or hand towels."

"Sucks that the deposit needs to be cash or credit card. They can’t use a debit card for some reason. Dumb policy. The beds we had were stiff as hell. Felt like sleeping on bedrocks. "Quiet peaceful stay"

"Check-in was great, easy, and quick. The room layout was a bit awkward and dated. The room is tiny, although clean. There was no hot water when I was there. There was no hook for a bath towel next to the shower. The bathroom is spacious. The light switch is on the wall, so I have to get up, out of bed, to flip it. It was a $10/night parking fee. The underground garage is big and has plenty of spaces. The entrance is kind of steep, so be extra careful when entering."
