"The bed was so comfortable, the whole room was so clean when we first arrived and we had a nice little view. The tv was great quality, it had all the streaming apps. The bathroom was amazing, very spacious, the shower was huge. A robe and towels were provided, among other things. Staff were super nice. "

"Customer Service: 5/5. Shoutout to Cristian at reception who helped accommodate my family for a medical state! He was extremely understanding and asked his manager for approval. Thank you too to the manager for accommodating us.
Cleanliness: 5/5. Absolutely loved our room! With our accommodation, we received a slight upgrade with walk in shower and glass door. Shower is only big enough for 1 person, but the size of the room made up for it.
The room was very clean, modern, and we did not need...

"Staff was nice! Maintenance and housekeeping was amazing! We were disappointed with the roof top bar because it was closed Thursday night and Friday there was an event so we didn’t experience it! "The staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel and parking lot were clean and felt safe. I appreciated that breakfast included healthy options, and the rooms were clean as well. The maintenance staff was also very helpful.
The only drawback was the surrounding area. While walking to a nearby store with my children, I did not feel very safe. However, inside the hotel itself, we felt completely safe and comfortable."
