"We enjoyed our night here. The lobby is inviting and the reception staff is very friendly. The building looks recently renovated as do the rooms. Free parking in the garage is huge in LA. And the location is close to the freeway and not far from cool neighborhoods like Echo Park and Los Feliz. I would stay here again!"

Overall, the property did not match the high rating shown on Expedia, which felt misleading based on our experience. We would not choose to stay here again."

"I had the 4th floor and it was quiet here. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel is ideal if using public transportation or ride share. If you have your own car then parking could be an issue. Many restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again,"

"This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is really helpful, helped us check in early. The room is clean and comfortable. The bathroom was really great, large, and the shower room was amazing (nothing like taking a hot shower at the end of the day with a strong shower head). Plus, the room and the beds were really comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff did not five us the wifi info. The front did not answer the phone. There was not any hot water - had to skip shower. It was terrible."

"This is a nice solid hotel. Quite good for the price. The heating fan in our room made a lot of noise and kept us awake, and the breakfast was pretty pathetic. Just a credit at their snack bar where they have a few muffins and things like that. Don’t bother paying for it. The room and lobby is nice and clean. Showers are very nice. Views are good. Location convenient."

"The rooms and the facility was clean. The staff was super helpful and professional. I appreciated the safeguards in place, like keyed entry, and keyed elevator access, as this hotel is in downtown. We did not use the pool or fitness center on this stay."

"I live in Big Bear Lake, 2 1/2 hr. drive down the mountain. I travel to Koreatown every 2 months to stock up on Korean food. I've stayed at $126/night motels. I decided to give Koxie Hotel a try. It was $20 more, not including parking $15 more. For $146/night, I expected well maintained room. The dry wall around the room needed restoring. I stayed on the 5th floor. Enjoyed the view. If I revisit, I won't pay $15 for parking. Instead, park on the street."

"Great bed- supper comfortable. Our room was very quiet. Some of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good location The TV turned on but none of the channels or streaming services could load. Weak WiFi or just bad tv. Plentiful hot water but shower curtain setup did not keep water in. Every shower flooded the floor. Old very worn towels, no bath mats or hand towels."
