Great amenities, fun mini bar selection, good food on site, awesome lobby bar bartender, central location, ride share pick up was always fast and convenient from The Line’s location. The decor is interesting but surfaces felt worn down and dinged up. The pool is cold and in the shade most of the time. The view of the Hollywood sign and Griffith observatory from bed was AWESOME with palm trees everywhere on the streets below.

You have the feeling that you’re staying in a true cultural hotspot. There is always something going on in or around the hotel. The whole place is a vibe. But don’t be mistaken. As soon as you’re getting to your room it’s the quiet and comfortable hideout you’re looking for at the end of a long day. That said, if you’re lucky you’ll get a room with a view across Hollywood. I got a haircut at the in-house barbershop and went to the à la carte breakfast a couple of times. Love the attention to detail at this place. The whole stay is an experience in itself.

The blinds controls didn’t work. Half the time you would have to mess with the controls for it to slightly close or open. Notified front desk. Still no fix. Room had a weird musty smell. Front desk was not very helpful with any questions or recommendations. Not worth it for the price.

Fantastic location with lots to do right in the hotel itself! Fabulous restaurant inside and easy to come and go. Really loved the surrounding area and close to everything!

The Line hotel is located in an area that is central to other places and activities in LA. The bedsheets are not the greatest quality and the facilities are just ok.

My wife and I stayed here 5 years ago and loved it. We came back hoping to re-experience the same fun but unfortunately it was a bit underwhelming. While not a bad hotel by any stretch, LA (post covid) has really gone downhill and that's reflected in many of their hotels. The rooms are a bit worn, the colors a bit faded, scratch-marks on the walls or floorboards that wouldn't have existed a few years ago are present. It just fell a bit flat. Let me be clear, I would stay here again! But namely when traveling for business. It just wasn't the cute/special little artsy hotel we experienced as newlyweds.

Great room for a quick overnight stay. Enjoyed the on-site bar and food and the pretty centralized location for getting around. Would definitely stay here again for an LA trip!

My stay had some challenges that I hope the hotel can address for future guests. The biggest issue during my stay was the blinds in the room. They are controlled electronically via a wall switch, but they would open and close on their own at random times. The motor that operates the blinds is also quite loud, which made the experience even more disruptive. This made sleeping and changing in the room very difficult. The only way to stop them was by holding down the stop button, but that only paused them temporarily — they would start moving again shortly after. The blinds even opened in the morning while we were still trying to sleep and again after we showered and were getting ready to go out. Some of the furniture in the room was also oddly designed. The standing lamp had a very heavy round concrete base that caused it to lean against the wall, and trying to move or adjust it so it stood straight was nearly impossible. The coffee table looked stylish at first, but its surface was covered with faux wooden “books” (rectangular wooden blocks), leaving almost no flat space. We had to balance drinks either on top of the blocks or between them, which made the table basically useless. Additionally, if you bring your own car, you’re forced to use the valet service — there’s no option for self-parking, which I found inconvenient. Lastly, I requested extra towels during my stay but never received them, which was disappointing and inconvenient.

camere pulite ma personale davvero scontroso, poco disponibile e maleducato. Per quello che si paga in struttura potrebbero fare di meglio. Dal personale della reception a quello delle colazioni, davvero poco gentili e disponibili. peccato.

Room was clean and the decor was very cool. All of the staff were friendly and attentive and a special shout out to our bartender, Charlie! Great personality, service and definitely elevates the experience !!!

Worst and nightmare like experience I do not want to stay ever. I have plenty of hotel experiences last 20 years of business and this is the worst hotel I ever had. The hotel looks good at first glance but I wanted to leave this property in the middle of the night. First of all returning after watching soccer game I noticed the heater is not working and the front desk said they do not have time to fix the setting and brought a heater up to my room. Secondly I complained the loud music at nine thirty on Sunday night and they said it’s from a restaurant on the second floor and wait until its closing time at ten. Thirdly I barely remember a hotel not providing hot or cold water. Lastly I spent 55 dollars for valet parking a night which is the only option I have. 55 dollars! Anyway I spent 400 Canadian dollars for this disastrous hotel. There are some good features for this hotel but these unpleasant experiences make me speechless. At the same time I am so disappointed with Expedia not honestly listed regarding this property-loudiness, poor management, and jaw dropping parking fee. I am going to post my experience to Korean site with this property so that I can give someone planning to stay this place some heads up.

There was sand in my bed and I hadn’t gone to sleep until 2AM and was far too tired to ask for a change, but other than that. It was a decent stay.
