"This boutique hotel just re-opened. Everything is very chic and squeaky clean. It was very lightly booked when I went so the staff were incredibly attentive. They're still working a few bugs out, but everything was pretty smooth. For example, there weren't instructions on parking, but when I arrived, I called their number. "The manager went out of his way to have my car ticketed in the loading zone even though I told I would come down and move it and it was the middle of the night. He refuses to give upgrades when suites are available … I’ve been frequenting the hotel for several years now and have state there dozens of times … I’m sure he doesn’t treat his other regular guests so poorly."

"This is an old hotel, the facilities are tired and dated. It does however have charm and it’s different to chain hotels, so that’s all good. No AC was disappointing."

"It’s was a diamond in the rough. The neighborhood looked suspiciously ghetto, however the hotel stay was more than that. Friendly staff greet you, very clean comfortable beds and pillows and to top it off full breakfast menu and pleasant staff till 10 am. The dining area to eat is huge with a tv. Tip the breakfast staff, they really work for you."

"Great bed- supper comfortable. Our room was very quiet. Some of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good location The TV turned on but none of the channels or streaming services could load. Weak WiFi or just bad tv. Plentiful hot water but shower curtain setup did not keep water in. Every shower flooded the floor. Old very worn towels, no bath mats or hand towels."

"We waited 1 hour for check-in. Although we’re early and check-in was at 2 pm but still no one was there to even open the gate. Room was dirty and AC remote was missing. Owner didn’t provide basic amenities like shower gel and shampoo."

"Overall I loved the look of this hotel! The front entrance is very beautiful. Our room was good and it had a nice conjoining rooms option which we did not need. The rooms were quiet even with being in a busy area. The only thing I think would be good would be updating of the electric outlets. Our chargers were loose in the outlets and the lamps and light fixtures seemed dated. The rooms were very clean though! And we felt very welcomed the lady at the front desk was very friendly."
