"From the moment we arrived this hotel was a wonderful experience. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with a variety of local and traditional dishes to suit everyone with the best coasta rican coffee. Don’t miss the rooftop bar. The rooms were lovely. Right in the middle of downtown, walking distance to everything. They also offer a fair conversion rate from US dollars to colones. Exceptionally clean boutique hotel."

"We didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but from our limited experience we think it is a very nice hotel. Our flight was delayed by 8 hours, so we didn’t arrive at the hotel until after 1am in the morning, and our Tour company picked us up at 6am. Even at 1am, we were greeted in the lobby and taken to the check-in desk, where we quickly and efficiently checked in. Afterwards, they walked us to our rooms. The rooms were clean and very nice, and the bed was comfortable."

"For the price it does the trick. Room was clean and staff were great. Sophie at the reception was fantastic. Some of the rooms on the main floor are a bit small and not a lot of air circulation. Close to a mall and the lots of restaurants."

"Yes it was, the staff were exceptional, young man when we were leaving for the airport and needed to find our laundry which should have been delivered by an outside laundry, totally saved us. He called the laundry which was about to close for the day. Offered to go with us in the taxi that he had ordered to assist with dealing with the laundry. We didn’t require that but he already called them to establish our laundry was there. PS if staying at the hotel DO NOT USE Arthur’s laundry service....

The family that runs the hotel they are the most helpful friendliest and positive people that I have ran into in a long time my room was across from the pool and of course, it was beautiful, especially at night then you had the breathtaking views of the property when I say breathtaking, that is an understatement of how beautiful the property is. This is an absolute must and let’s not start with the cost. I did...
