"The staff helped me get my reservation corrected. I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds, but when I arrived, the desk staff said Hotels.com had booked a handicapped room with a single bed. I was very tired and a little grumpy, but the desk staff took care of me and got me the room I needed."

"Breakfast was great. Cinnamon rolls, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, bacon, sausage. Beautiful lake. Room on lower level , lakefront with table and chairs, charcoal grill, lounge chair. "

"room wasn't ready at 4:30 pm. Had to wait for an "inspection" took over a hour to get a staff member to okay the room. Quite back off the road, but short drive to restaurants and 15~20 minutes to US Space and Rocket Center. "
