"The security guard was very nice, along with the rest of the desk staff. The valet drivers are efficient and do their job very well. The bar had a great atmosphere at nighttime and in the morning had breakfast, there is a cafe connected right to the hotel next to the bar. Great place to grab a great coffee. Gym was clean, room was very clean aswell. Great view"

"Hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by amazing staff, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. It’s a very popular hangout spot, but it’s still easy to get into the bars and restaurants without long waits. Ari at Reign was hands down the best bartender in Toronto! The staff even checked in daily via text to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything, which was a really nice touch. The only downside was everything is closed by midnight, and during the week, not much opens before 11am. Other than that, 10/10 — I will definitely stay here again when we’re back in the area!"

"Nice location. The pictures online and the room’s reality are a bit different. Very small and a high up room is only the lower half of tower. The second half of tower is apartments or condos. So the view I paid for and the view I had were two different things. Nice place but would look elsewhere next time"

"The staff were very helpful and made some accommodation to let us check in a bit early. The room was well appointed and very clean. Staff during our stay were very friendly and helpful calling and holding elevators. Would definitely stay there again!"
