"Stayed 4 nights. Overall, the hotel was just okay for the price, but I wouldn’t consider it a great option for families with young children. The room was noticeably dusty upon arrival, with dust on the coffee machine and counters, and there was dust and hair under the bathroom sink. Housekeeping also did not service our room on the first day, despite us confirming the day before that housekeeping was provided daily. After being out all day with kids, it was disappointing to return to a dirty...

"Everyone was exceptionally kind. The hotel was fair new and maintained to perfection. Room was a nice size. Location was perfectly situated for walking short distances to local attractions. Ubers were plentiful and inexpensive. My only complaint was there was nothing complimentary. No coffee or tea in the lobby. No cookies at the front desk. There were up charges for anything that came from the kitchen. Would have been really nice to have breakfast automatically included. Thanks...

"Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch...

"My husband and I flew in from Mexico and stayed here for one night. The location was perfect, especially since it was close to UofT, where our daughter was graduating this year. This stay marked the final night of our three week journey across Canada, during which we visited Montreal, Toronto, and Banff. "Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even with dealing with the World Cup and dealing with a national team staying it didn't feel like we were secondary guests. The room had some minor issues like loose electrical sockets and the dishwasher did leak after being used. However the rest of the room was fantastic and you can't beat the view! The Delta is our only choice when we visit Toronto!"
