"Beautiful property and surroundings but the rooms are very basic and not clean. We had plumbing issues that weren't fixed during our stay and the breakfast was less than desirable. If you only need a place to sleep then it's okay, but very lacking for anything more."

"The room is very cleaned and well detailed. Staff is terrific. Very polite and manners. Breakfast was terrible for me. I had liver and curry chicken which was horrible. I'm a Jamaican and i expected the meat to be well seasoned. I gave the Breakfast a 1 and it was because of mu server. Overall I'll definitely go back there. This is my honest reviews. "

"Shirley Retreat Hotel was super clean and accommodating. My son and I was able to rest good the beds slept well and the rooms are super spacious. We were there for a tennis tournament and it is positioned near some good restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely rebook upon my return."

"the grounds were well kept. The apt was clean and clean linen was available. But be sure to bring your own TP you get only one roll. The front door was sticking. there was a little problem starting the clothes washer. All else worked. treadmill was broken. their workout space needed updating. AC was in the living room only. None in the bedroom.. The AC had some impact in the bedroom. Could see some mountain view."

"Kevin and Tasha are good hosts. The apartment looks newly renovated. The beds are very comfortable and the complex is very quiet."

"*SCAM ALERT* I booked this place and paid upfront for 3nights. When it was close to check-in time, I called and was as told over the phone by the host that they do not take last minute bookings. They never refunded me nor answered the rest of my calls."

"The staff is incredible and they work well with the limited tools given. The room was fairly clean until we had to make up the pull out sofa. There was rust, bugs and the springs were exposed. It was too bad to even consider letting my child sleep on it."

"I booked this hotel mainly for the location, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Most of the rooms face the road and are noisy, and music was played constantly, 24 hours a day. It was not extremely loud, but it was always there and became very annoying, making it difficult to relax and rest at night. Breakfast was poor quality. I tried dinner the first night, and the rice was clearly reheated and poor quality. They only offered chicken strips. I also found what looked like hair...

"This place was absolutely beautiful very modern, clean, and well maintained. The property had great amenities, including a pool, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the best parts was the location: there’s a shopping center just an 8-minute walk away, which was super convenient. The host was also very friendly and communicative, which made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely come back."
