"It was DISGUSTING AND TERRIBLE. Stains all over the beds, dirty q-tips in the fan vents, cigarette burn holes in the comforter and stains all over the carpets/walls. We walked in and walked right back out and cancelled our stay. The front desk guy was helpful and understanding of our need to cancel, but I would avoid this place!"

"I had as good night sleep but there are no usb ports for charging. When ask, the front desk said they were removed as people would break them. I didn’t believe it!!! Next booking I will ask if they are equipped. Breakfast could be improved with sweet rolls etc. Coffee was in a machine not freshly brewed."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay at this hotel was unacceptable. We booked through Expedia for the Fourth of July weekend and expected a clean, comfortable room. Instead, we walked into a room that clearly had not been cleaned properly. There were dead bugs on the shower ceiling, crumbs and trash on the floor, including someone else's receipt, what appeared to be blood on the bed sheets, a leaking shower, and what appeared to be fecal matter near the toilet. "Place was amazing"

"It is a delightful inn on a hill near Smokey Mountain National Park. The breakfast is very basic "fast food" such as boxed cereal and hard boil egg, juice, coffee/tea. Not fancy, but sufficient. The best feature is the kindness of the staff -- very pleasant and sure to please."

"Room was dark but clean. Bathroom shows its age. Beds are on metal frames that make noise every time someone turns over. It was nice a quiet, liked that it is spread out. Friendly staff, breakfast is boring. Not many options, just the basics."
