We thought the main bedding could be better with a bit more blackout curtain/blinds as the ambient lights outside were on for a longer period at night - these are some feedback for the sake of it. "Ran by a wonderful couple who are really friendly and accommodating. The lodge is in a beautiful location and the facilities and room are lovely. Breakfast was included and we were asked beforehand what we wanted so it would be ready for the time we requested. And it tasted wonderful. Me and my girlfriend have visited here twice now and I'd greatly recommend a stay here."

"Lovely clean rooms, great shower! Very doggie friendly. Roaring fires and beautiful food. 10oz steak and peppercorn sauce cooked to perfection. The Coffee and tiramisu sundae exceptional. We will be back!"

"The bathroom was not clean there was 3 pillows for a couple which is strange. There was no fridge and the room was a bit tired. Breakfast was ok, no granola no berries or topping for porridge. There was a bit of dried out rocked not oil for it. No fresh breads and coffee wasn’t nice. Also we could hear our neighbours who were noisy late into the night."
