"Lovely large room . Well set out heating / cooling facilities made things very comfortable. Breakfast was well set out sadly we weren't able to take full advantage of what was on offer. Evenibg meal was also good value for money."

"We had a lovely short stay in this attractive stone pub with lots of character.. The location is perfect for Lancaster and the University nearby. The rooms are of a high standard and very clean. "This hotel was very excellent overall. I truly loved the pool and all the extras that come with it. The gym is honestly superior to all I've seen. The beds were very very comfy. The breakfast, dinner, Pub & Grill were also very tastefull and well worth the price. There is also plentyyy of parking space available. You also have a zoo which is very close by which is great for a lovely day out. 10/10!"

"The property is an old building and we both thought that the rooms could do with a bit of an update - the bathrooms were very modern. The rooms and hotel were spotless, the staff were absolutely superb - so kind, helpful and polite. It was a lovely idea to have free bottles of water at reception when we arrived with the weather being hot.
