I appreciated that he reached out the day before to let us know that we could leave our luggage onsite before our check-in time so we did not need to drag it around the city while we were site seeing. They also offered to hold our luggage onsite on the check-out dated if needed. They use an app on the phone to open the front door to the building, entrance to the reception area up the first set of stairs, and the individual room. The room was clean and spacious for our family...

"We had a lovely stay and would happily return in the future. From the moment we arrived, the staff were fantastic, welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with any questions we had. The room was spotless, well-presented, and clearly cared for, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices and something to suit everyone. "・23時のチェックインでスタッフは無人だったが、事前に遅くなることを伝えておけば到着時の入室方法をメールで送ってもらえる。その丁寧な指示通りにすれば難なくチェックインできた。 チェックアウトも鍵を差したままにして出てきたがおそらく問題はないだろう。 ・タオルはバスタオル大、中およびフェイスタオルが1枚目支給される。4泊したが2泊ごとに交換された。毎日交換したいなら追加料金。 ・ベッドは清掃時ベッドメイクはされるが、リネンの交換は追加料金。客が変わる時には必ず交換しているとの事。 ・ミニバーは1人あたり次の量を上限に補充された：コーヒーマシンとそのポーション、2種類の紅茶、ビスケット2枚が冷蔵庫の上に、500mlの水1本が冷蔵庫の中に。請求なく無料で利用できた。 ・収納スペースが多数あった。ハンガーは3つ備え付けられていた。 ・3月だったが空調はエアコンをつけなくても暖かく保たれていた。 ・問題としてあげるならば、駅から徒歩15分ほどかかることか。スーパーはLepanto駅までの道にtigreがある。その分、相応に宿泊価格は安く感じた。"

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, Adele and Miguel. We switched hotels (to this one) last minute, about 5:00pm. Adele was waiting for us, kindly gave us a tour, circled important sights, etc on a map and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to friends traveling in September. Grazie Adele and Miguel! Our trip was amazing!"
