"The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor. This hotel is most definitely not 4 star, possibly 2 star or 3 at a push, but that would be for the helpful staff. "It is a good property and good value for money. Loved the cottage and the sit-out attached to it. Food at Bonita, Chutney and Mama Miso was all good. Also liked the services at the spa."

"The property is immaculate with fantastic amenities for families. The pool is fantastic. They have a regular large pool, kids pool, open air heated pool different from regular pool and open air jacuzzi and indoor jacuzzi. They also have cycling, cricket, Golf, badminton and host of other activities to keep kids and adults busy. The property is overall very beautiful and great for morning runs or just a stroll. They also have direct access to benaulim beach. The food overall is great in taste...

"Everything about this place from check in to check out was amazing. The check in was seamless, the staff is extremely courteous and responsive. The two onsite restaurants are wonderful. The infinity pool and bar is perfect. We also got massages at the spa and Becky and Raziya were so professional. Valencia and the hotel staff were also wonderful. Highly recommend."
