"Toilet would not flush and was constantly running. Paid for king room and was given a double queen room. Bed was old spring mattress that was beyond due to be replaced. The paint on doors and halls looked rundown."

"This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Knoxville! The room is always great, staff is extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. I would say if you need an affordable long term stay this place would fit the bill. No real amenities though. Small bed that was mediocre. No real toiletries or blow dryer. It was an easy location and a good price. "

"Our check in at the Red Roof Inn PLUS & Suites Knoxville West was a breeze. The ladies at the front desk were very friendy and efficient. The main reception area of the lobby has been remodeled and is aesthetically pleasing. Our room however was around the side of the hotel towards the back. The hallways and rooms beyond the reception area are fairly outdated. They were clean and we had mostly everything we needed. There was a strong smell of marijuana coming from neighboring rooms however. We were in town for a concert and for the price point and location we were okay with the condition of the hotel for one night, however I would not choose to stay here an extended amount of time. We came down for brekafast around 10:30 which smelled great however it was already all put up and we were disappointed. Overall, it is a good bare bones hotel with a good location for an overnight quick stay as long as you aren't high maintenance or bougie. "

"This was the third time staying at Crowne Plaza and like the other two it was enjoyable. Breakfast was great, the staff was alway available for any assistance needed and the bar tender made a nice strong drink to finish the day."

"This was a clean and conveniently located Hampton Inn. The staff were friendly and efficient - check in and check out was so fast! The room was great and bed was comfy. We were more than pleased with our stay."
