I’ll begin by saying all of the staff, with the exception of one employee who was very rude, were super helpful and very friendly. Parking is easy and the main areas of the hotel are very clean. Breakfast is limited but suitable and the staff continuously refill what’s available which is nice. The room itself was ok but the floors were dirty, the water from the shower head contained some type of sediment, likely rust, and the drain was clogged for a while after showering. I reported this to the staff on Friday afternoon and was told that the maintenance man was gone for the day but would come on Saturday. On Saturday, I asked what time they would be inspecting the room and was told the maintenance guy is on vacation so there’s nothing that can be done. I was offered another room but only if I moved right at the moment but I had already left the hotel for the day. No other mention was made of this.1

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff had amazing customer service during all shifts. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was really good with great hours. Very family friendly as well. Also, lots of coffee with plenty of creamer choices available which was a big plus for a long road trip :)

We stayed in room 403. This is an older hotel, but it was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was soft but not too soft with soft and firm pillow choices. Breakfast was comparable to Hilton and IHG. Staff were also helpful. Price was very reasonable.
