"1st and foremost, there is NO office staff onsite to help with check in, or any other inquires. You have to call and talk to someone in India for anything. We decided to book the cabin they have. This is an old cabin directly behind the hotel that I assume was purchased by the hotel owners and turned into part of the property. There was no A/C, half the doors don't close properly they get stuck on the seriously uneven floors. The windows that actually have screens half of them won't stay open...

"This was the second time we stayed here and we can't wait to go back! Great location with great views, front and back. We especially enjoyed the room with the patio and view of the golf course and mountains behind the property. Pretty much everything in Tahoe City is easily walkable from evo -- restaurants, bars, shops, the lake, and the Truckee River. And the bar and restaurant on site are always a highlight. Highly recommend!"

"The room was okay. Nice bed. Nice desk, except there was no plug within range of the desk to plug in my laptop. I found a damp towel sitting in a pile on the floor of the shower. Doordash delived a dinner order and no one in hotel could find it."

"The A/C kept changing its temp. and the fan wouldn’t stay on constantly, plus I think there needs to be more towels in the bathroom. Other then that , we enjoyed the place and the hospitality from the front desk staff"

"Staff seemed nice and helpful, during both my check-in and checkout. The AC was not working during my one-night stay, which was inconvenient as Carson City can get pretty warm. There was a bit of a musty or stale odor in the motel, which may have been due to the lack of AC. I think I left the mini-refrigerator door open during my stay, to try to act as a bit of an air conditioner. For continental breakfast I took a yogurt and a banana. I probably wouldn't return if I needed a place to stay in...
