"I am a long-time Hilton Honors member and have typically not experienced anything to complain about. However, my experience with TRU by Hilton in Lehi was not what I would expect of the Hilton brand. I understand that TRU is a lower priced option among the Hilton brand hotels, but I still would have expected more than the experience we had. While the staff were friendly and professional, when we called to get some assistance with the in-room fridge, we were told by the front desk associate to just wait two hours and see if it was working. I understand he may have been busy at the time but I don't think it's unreasonable to say that in a half hour either he or one of the staff will come by to look at the fridge. I was able to fiddle with the fridge myself and got it to work by jiggling the cord a little. I was not happy with the lack of customer-service demonstrated by the hotel staff associate. I also want to make you aware of how unsafe the shower was in our room. It is a walk in shower and I nearly slipped and fell back when entering the shower. Since there are no treads or other materials to make the shower floor a little less slick, all of us had to hold on to the rails and slowly move to avoid slipping and sliding on to the floor. Please do something to address this safety issue. Generally speaking, our stay was fine but the front desk associate and unsafe shower leads me to question ever staying at another TRU hotel in the future"

"I just stayed overnight real quick I wasn't there except to sleep and shower. With that being said ... The room came with one towel and 2 hand towels and a floor mat. I wasn't able to get anymore nobody was at the desk probably because we came back super late both nights. Everything else was what you pay for. It's cheap but it has beds TV and hot and cold air. Ask for more towels when you check In and I think it's alright. There was coffee in the room. There are signs that say breakfast but NO BREAKFAST."

"Facility was very clean and well maintained. Front desk staff was very kind. The only problem that we experienced was that the walls are super thin! Our neighbors were very inconsiderate with playing music, or maybe it was that they were watching their tv loudly and that they kept going in and out of their room multiple times, (door slamming constantly) until around 3:30 am! Don't know why someone would go in and out of their hotel room that many times throughout one night... It was very puzzling. This led to a very sleepless night. Don't know if we'd try a LivAway Hotel again knowing how noise reverberates so loudly from the neighboring rooms. With that said... The attractiveness of the hotel was very nice."

"The staff was great for check-in and out. The parking lot was well lit. (The stalls are quite narrow, especially if someone is even just a little over their line.) The place was clean and quiet. The bed & pillows were comfy. I was disappointed that the breakfast bar didn't have as much to choose from as before. Adding some yogurt, fruit, and danish would improve that."
