"Horrible hotel, roaches everywhere. The room was filthy and the bed and blankets smelled like the strongest cigarette smell ever! It was the worse experience ever. The only good thing was the air conditioner in the room was cold. It was cheap and you get what you pay for. Do not stay here!!!"

"All the staff was very helpful especially at the market. She gave me a free cup of milk to go with my milk and cereal. A few issues I had was for my room was there was a huge red stain in between the two beds on the floor and another stain on the right side of the couch. Maintenance couldn’t clean it but did put something over it so I don’t strip on it. Also this is the first time I had a hotel room not have garbage bags in the garbage can. I had to do it myself. "There in a 250 dollar deposit on the room. Most places I've stayed have been only 100 dollars. I was disappointed in the amount of this hold. Because I couldn't use the money for my upcoming trip. And I wasn't told about in advance."

It meant so much to us. We will definitely be staying here. We travel to Jersey at least once a year this year we went twice."

"Really great place to stay. You can walk to Target from the hotel. Many restaurants and. shopping near the hotel as well. They clean your room and the hotel everyday. The breakfast is ok. Great Stay!"

"The air conditioner was leaking in the room. The carpet was soaked. There was not another room available to move to. They sent a maintenance person to the room and he did nothing. There was also a car next to us parked extremely close and looked like people were sleeping in the car. They had an extension cord running and plugged in somewhere."

In that sense, the location was the biggest advantage and the main reason for choosing this property. The hotel itself felt like a bit of a diamond in the rough. "The room's decorative pillows smelled awful, the skirt on the bed was stained and dirty. Additionally, the room did not have coffee or tea, ice bucket, glasses or cups to drink water, and no iron. When I went to get ice from the ice machine, there were no ice buckets in the ice machine room, but the room had washing machines and dryers. I went to reception desks and asked if the Robert Treat is a welfare hotel? They said no. I did not pay close $230 for a room that did not have any of the above...
