"Our first room was filthy, trash behind bed and all. The air did not work. When asked to be moved to a room with air they did.. which was a plus but then eneded up getting double charged for the room. Still fighting to get refunded for one of the charges."

"Had a 3 night stay booked. Wanted to cancel one of the nights a week out because our plans changed. They would not allow me to cancel one night. They wanted me to cancel the whole reservation and rebook for more money. Scammers."

"Got in around 9 off a flight, love the shuttle service Willie is so nice. Was upgraded to a suite and had an amazing rest. It's very clean and very quiet. All the staff are super nice and helpful and the lobby is also beautiful and relaxing."

"I would never stay at this hotel again. The room was dirty from the moment we walked in, and it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was a gas leak that the hotel appeared to be aware of but failed to properly address or disclose to guests. That was completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe throughout our stay. The staff was also incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Instead of showing concern or trying to resolve our issues, they were dismissive and...

"Breakfast has very little selection. The biscuits that they put out for the biscuits and gravy are cold. Nothing is freshly prepared. No protein options. Had to switch rooms because my air conditioner sounded like a lawnmower and front desk made a big deal about it but eventually got me switched. Beds are very hard pillows are old all in all I won’t ever stay here again."

"On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and the property was well maintained—mostly. On the “needs improvement” side, the hot tub was broken and when we asked a housekeeper about it, she responded “long time”. The breakfast was nicely complete but needs to be replenished in a more timely manner and the tables need to be cleaned more often."
