"Very helpful at the desk had a flat tire and took a a bit longer to get the car back. He was kind enough to hold my luggage after I checked out until it was ready! Sewwt guy and lady at the desk! Would highly stay there again coming from New Jersey for Boston!!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. Hotel is very clean and the room was very comfortable and quiet. The location at Patriot Place give you a bunch of dining and shopping options. We had a drink and snack at the hotel restaurant and found it to be very good. All of the staff were great. We will stay here again."

"Nice space and got a room with a separate bedroom but wasn't cleanest. Everything else was good."

"Breakfast was very simple, almost non existent. We stayed 4 nights. Didn't have room service until the last day. Had issues on getting extra pillows."

"This is the worst property I have ever stayed at the hotel was filthy. I stayed here before about a year ago and it was nice but this time there was mold in the bathrooms and the carpets were full of dust, the elevator didn’t work the TVs didn’t work and the manager was rude. I saw here cussing at guests and tried to throw them out for requesting face towels. She said she didn’t want kids in her property, I saw them towing cars of registered guests"
